Mittal's Apparels Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy


1. Exchange Assurance & Quality Guarantee Policy

Policy Focus: Exchange Assurance for sizing and a strict Quality Guarantee for defects. We enforce a NO REFUNDS policy for change of mind.

A. Exchange Assurance (Limited & Location-Specific)

B. Quality Guarantee & Mandatory Refund Conditions

A refund is ONLY possible if Mittal's Apparels made an error in the fulfillment or quality of the product, as mandated by Indian law.

Defective / Damaged / MisrepresentedReplacement or Refund. We are legally bound to accept the product back. The process depends on your location:

Bokaro, JharkhandFREE LOCAL PICKUP: Our team will inspect and collect the defective item from your original delivery address.
All Other Cities/StatesCUSTOMER SELF-SHIP: The customer must safely self-ship the item back to our address after receiving approval.


Refund Conditions (Applies to all Approved Cases):

  1. Inspection Required: The refund is processed ONLY AFTER the product is received and passes a mandatory final quality inspection at our Bokaro facility.

  2. Refund Method: All refunds (product price + return courier cost for verified defects) are processed ONLINE to the original payment source (Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after successful inspection.

  3. Delivery Charge Exclusion: The original delivery/shipping charges paid by the customer are NON-REFUNDABLE in all circumstances.

C. Non-Eligible Items (Final Sale)

We will reject any attempt for exchange or refund for:

  • Any apparel showing signs of use, washing, perfumes, or odors.

  • Any item with missing or detached tags/labels.

  • Undergarments, Lingerie, Swimwear, and Socks (due to hygiene).

2. Shipping and Payment Policy

B. Delivery and Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our location using external courier shops/services.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier service. We are not responsible for courier performance.
