CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy
Mittal’s Apparels (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) understands that sometimes plans change and you may wish to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms and conditions under which customers (“you”, “your”) may cancel an order placed with us. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions set out below. This Policy applies to all purchases made through our physical store, website, or mobile application and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch)
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our facility. Cancellation requests must be made through our official customer support channel—either by calling our helpline or sending an email with the order details and cancellation reason.
Once your request is received, our team will verify the order status. If the order has not yet entered the packing or shipping stage, it may be cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Please note that orders placed under promotional discounts, seasonal sales, or with applied coupon codes may not be eligible for cancellation. Additionally, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in suspension of the COD option for future purchases.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the purchase will be treated as a return request (if eligible under our Returns and Exchange Policy). Customers are advised to review their order carefully before confirming, as post-dispatch cancellations are strictly not permitted. Refusing to accept delivery without prior approval will be treated as a failed delivery and may impact your eligibility for future COD services.
4. Cancellation by Mittal’s Apparels
Mittal’s Apparels reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as product unavailability, payment verification failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. If such cancellation occurs, customers will be notified promptly via email, SMS, or phone call. In case of prepaid orders, the full payment amount will be refunded using the original payment method within the standard processing timeline.
The Company also reserves the right to deny or limit future transactions from customers who repeatedly cancel or misuse the cancellation facility.
5. Refund on Cancellation
For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. No cash refunds will be provided for COD orders; however, prepaid cancellations will be refunded to the original payment source only.
The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its control in refund processing caused by banking networks or payment gateways.
6. Force Majeure and Exceptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or logistical restrictions, cancellations may not be processed immediately. Mittal’s Apparels shall not be held responsible for delays in communication or refund processing under such conditions.
